How Do I Create Training Records?

As a student user in CTS, you have the ability to create records pertaining to the training you have completed in the training system. These records will detail the progress and completion for applicable tutorials, lessons, and exams on selected subjects. To generate these records, follow the steps outlined below.

Creating Training Records

  1. Log in to the training site by navigating out to training.ctsys.com
  2. Once logged in, click on Reports
  3. Now click on Training Status Report
  4. Once the page loads you will need to select the Subject(s), Module Options, and the Date To and From
*NOTE: You only need to change the Date To and From if the last completed dates of your training occurred outside the default two-year range
  5. Now click the Submit button
  6. The requested report will open in a new tab; if the tab does not open please see our article on disabling Pop Up Blockers
You can find more information on these reports and how to generate them in the User's Guide for CTS on pages 7, 8, and 9. The guide can be found under the Help section of the training site after logging in as your student user.

Please note that Training Status Reports by default show the Status and Taken Date of each selected subjects lessons and exams. It also shows the Percentage of completion on each tutorial sub-module. If less detail is needed for records, your CTS administrator can generate a Detailed, Condensed or Super Condensed report as needed.
