How to disable Pop-up Blockers
All modern browsers have a pop-up blocker feature, and that feature is by default enabled. Please be sure to disable or enter exceptions (where applicable) into the browser based pop-up blocker you have prior to accessing the training site. Below you will find instructions to disable the pop-up blocker for all current supported browsers.
Chrome
- On your computer, open Google Chrome.
- At the top right corner of your browser window, click the three vertical dots, then select Settings.
- Click Privacy and security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects.
- You can unblock Pop-ups for all sites, or allow Pop-ups for specific sites under Customized Behaviors
Mozilla Firefox
- On your computer, open Mozilla Firefox
- At the top right corner of your browser window, click the three vertical lines, then select Settings.
- Click on Privacy & Security.
- Under Permissions, Un-check Block pop-up windows to allow pop-ups for all sites, or allow pop-ups for specific sites by clicking the Exceptions button.
Microsoft Edge
- On your computer, open Microsoft Edge
- At the top right corner of your browser window, click the three horizontal dots, then select Settings.
- Under Settings, Click on Cookies and site permissions
- Under Cookies and siter permissions, click on the Pop-up permissions button
- You can toggle pop-ups on and off using the 'Blocked (recommended)' button, or manage exceptions under the 'Allow' option
Safari for Mac (iOS only)
- Open Safari on your Mac
- At the top left of the browser, Click on Safari and select Settings
- In the Settings menu, click on the Websites tab, then click on Pop-up Windows (at the bottom of the list)
- Select one of the following Options: Block and Notify, Block, or Allow
- Close the settings window when you are finished
It is also possible a third-party pop-up blocker may be installed. These must be disabled or proper exceptions entered as well. If you are unable to disable, or need assistance please contact support and they will assist to the best of their ability.
